Do I need the 24esimcards app?
No. Purchase and secure delivery work in the browser; installation uses your phone’s built-in eSIM settings.
When does validity begin?
For the Germany plans shown here, validity starts with the first network connection when the plan details state this—not simply when you pay.
Will I receive a German phone number?
No. These are data-only eSIMs without a normal German number, traditional calls or guaranteed SMS.
Can I keep my main SIM active?
Usually yes. You can keep your main SIM for calls and select the eSIM for mobile data, provided your device supports dual-SIM use.
Does 5G always work?
No. 5G depends on the selected plan, device, location and local network coverage. The product page lists the supplier data.
What happens if installation fails?
Keep the eSIM profile and QR code, do not repeatedly delete it, and contact support with your order reference.
